Our select staff love what they do, which makes having fun easy!  We are located in the heart of Portsmouth’s Historic downtown.  An easy walk from the parking garage or local Hotels.

Portsmouth Spa wants every customer to feel fantastic about each and every visit to our Spa. Our main goal is to provide the best experience possible for each guest and always exceed expectations. We have the best trained staff in the Portsmouth area and we know that you will always enjoy leaving the world behind when you walk through our doors!

Monday: 10am – 6pm
Tuesday: 10am – 8pm
Wednesday: 10am – 6pm
Thursday: 10am – 8pm
Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm


Please arrive 15 minutes early for treatments to allow for consent forms, changing, and relaxation. Cell phones on silent please. Enjoy your visit!


Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price.  As a courtesy we ask for 24 hours to change or cancel an appointment. 

Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages; however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by Portsmouth Spa staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.

Return Policy

No returns, store credit, or exchanges are accepted for discounted items or jewelry.  Full priced items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  Full priced items may be exchanged up to 14 days from purchase.  Returned and exchanged items must have original tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
